We stayed in the hotel for four days. it is easy to reach the hotel by taxi or bus from The Atocha train station or Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport. the hotel is near several bus lines, malls, restaurants, and clothes shops. the city is amazing we enjoyed walking under the rain and checking the stores around. the hotel staff are amiable and helpful. the rooms are clean and cozy. the beds were comfortable and neat. the breakfast was good with many options of pastries, milk and cheese ..etc. if you go to the city you must try Restaurante Fez it is extremely delicious and the owner is also friendly. if you need to buy some Moroccan products you can ask the workers in the restaurant for any help they wouldn't hesitate.

The location is great. But for the light sleepers, i suggest you inform the hotel straight away since it was a bit noisy from the main road a few meters away. All the staff we met were so nice, friendly and helpful. Very cleaed too.

Staff were very helpful Room was very good Comfortable and not too noisy Breakfast was OK Good location to stay to get to Cuatra Vientos airport Located close to a bis shopping centre - so access to some restaurants

Fantastic location to explore Madrid. Bus stop very close, shopping centre with all you need including restaurants is just right the corner - this was an additional bonus and very handy. Beds very comfortable, breakfast with good selection of food.

The reception staff were very helpful, especially Daniel, who went out of his way to accommodate our requests. Our room and the public areas were very clean and comfortable and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The did I g room staff were exceptional. to be honest I don’t t know how they kept up with the demands placed on them. However we did see the manager helping out which is always a good sign!!

Ideal for 2 days in Madrid on our way back home. We were close to friends and could complete our shopping in Tres Aguas shopping mall (6 minutes walking from the hotel) and in El corte inglés outlet (15 min walking). 15 min by bus to the centre of Madrid
